For New Start ups
I. Business licensure – Single Proprietorship or Corporation ( Application for Registration of New Pawnshop Business)

Business licensure coverage
• Registration of Business name from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

  • Certification with the Barangay
  • Application for Mayor’s Permit and Licenses from the City Municipality
  • Application for Registration with the BIR
    • Application for Registration of New Pawnshop with the BSP.

II. Pawnshop set up/design with security system base on BSP compliance.
Pawnshop set up includes
• Assistance and supervision of the construction of store location/design base on the security measures provided by the BSP. Visitation of site location for checking within Metro Manila.

III. Procedures in processing BSP application for registration of new pawnshop:
a. Scheduling for AMLC online training of Client/s and to register attendees.
b. Filing of the complete documents to BSP is through online using the Data Entry Template (DET) Generated form. And to submit Soft and Hard copy.
c. Consultant will guide and assist client on all to do list in filling up the required documents in application for registration of new pawnshop business.

IV. Filing of complete required documents in application for license/authority to operate a pawnshop using the Data Entry Template (DET) Generated form from stage 1 to stage 3.(Soft and Hard copy)

V. Registration of AMLA through electronic procedures:
Installation of GPG software Generation of digital signatures for designated primary officer (compliance officer) Exchange of public keys. Certificate of AMLA Registration will be issued to you by AMLA and we will forward it to BSP.
